The Province of Saint Thomas of Villanova will bestow its Saint Augustine Medal upon the Most Reverend Louis A. DeSimone, D.D., retired Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia, at a celebratory dinner in October 2018 in the greater Philadelphia area. Bishop DeSimone embodies the Augustinian ideals of Veritas, Unitas and Caritas and lives his life in the footsteps of St. Augustine.
