Brother Aldo Potencio, O.S.A., who made his solemn profession as a member of the Augustinian Province of Saint Thomas of Villanova on December 17, 2016, was ordained a deacon on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Saint Rita of Cascia Church, Chicago, Illinois, together with Brother Stephen Isley, O.S.A. of the Augustinian Midwest Province. Brother Aldo is completing his theological studies at the Catholic Theological Union, Chicago, and will be ordained to the priesthood in August, 2017. We thank God for the gift of this vocation, and ask blessings on Brother Aldo’s ministry.
