Catholic Health Care Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the National Shrine of Saint Rita of Cascia have agreed to develop the property adjacent the church at Broad and Ellsworth Streets, which will include the “Cascia Center” on the ground floor with senior housing above.
